Last night I was in a 50+4 sng and I was disconnected twice. The first time it took a few minutes and came back up, the second time it never came back up. I talked to live support and they told me to give them some time but they didn't know if they would refund me for the sng. I never saw the tourney continue and I have nothing in my statistics about it.

WTF? This is not what I need to go along with the worst run of cards in my life. You're tables are giving away too much of my money to 2 and 3 outers for me just to donate more.

I would love if someone could help me out with this.

Thanks

Hi pocket3's I've sent you an e-mail requesting that you tell me the exact time that you were in that sit and go since you played a few of them and I'll take a look at things.

The Response I got from live support:

We're sorry, we see that we were having problems at the time but your connection came back up(even though the table never reappeared)...and we can't do anything for you. Paraphrasing the response after I said this was BS: I'll send it to the site manager and see if they can get you ticket for the same value.

Before that particular problem, the site went down 4 times, once during this same sng. Who the hell puts out garbage, then BLAMES the consumer when it doesn't work?

My email to info@fullcontactpoker has gone unanswered. I guess part of the charter member promotion is that they call you a liar and steal your money.

Hi pocket3's I'm sorry if you think that 5 hours is too long a time for me to respond to your e-mail where you provided me with the details I had requested. Disconnection problems are very difficult since it can be very hard to determine where the problem lies. I'm not sure what happened with the front line support person but I'll look into it. the end result is that you have been refunded your buy in to the tournament.
