I recently read a thread about ceasers casino in indiana (or may have been a response mentioning it).
That is correct right? Ceaser's...the one where the circuit event was recently?
Has anyone played there and be willing to leave some insight?
I'd be looking to play $100/$200NL and up to 5/10 LHE.
Be interested in knowing places to stay, rake, and other general info on game types...etc..
thanks, and if there is a thread about this, flame me first, then link me to said thread.

I haven't been there, but it is where the WSOP Indiana was held. I considered driving down for one of the earlier tournies, but didn't make it. I'm planning on making it down there this summer hopefully, but anyway...here's a link to their information about their current poker room:

I've been there. I actually played in the $1500 NL WSOP event this last year. I've been going to Caesars for about 5 years. If by $100/200 NL, you mean buyin then yeah, you have $2/5 NL and that is as low as they go. Actually, $2/5 NL could be the only NL game they have if I remember right. I actually thought the competition was better than expected. I hear many of you saying that you play live because the competition is easy but these guys weren't that easy if you ask me. Very aggressive. One guy was dressed all like strangely and was very well known by everyone. He was very aggressive and wore red-tinted sunglasses. Beware of him because I guess he's the man around there and cleans up on the NL game. He had what looked like $2000 on him. Another guy looked like he had $3000 on him because of a very good run. This was at the $2/5 NL game, remember. I only bought in for $200 and played stupid and left because I didn't bring enough. I was down there for WSOP and not really to play. The problem with Indiana Casinos and particularly Caesars is that you have to drive like to the middle of nowhere and usually recreational poker players that play NL don't typically do this in my opinion. That's what I gathered, though, maybe someone prove me wrong and I'll be down there in a flash.
If you are into $4/8 or $5/10 limit, you couldn't find an easier game down there. I think I've won 5 out of my 7 sessions on those tables.
BTW, Caesars doesn't kick out card counters so you may give that a try, too. I used to back-count the tables in plain sight and I've never been kicked out. They give you looks and a hard time by asking you questions but that is the extent of it from what I've seen. Best blackjack near Cincinnati is from Caesars and Argosy from what I've seen. You can back count to your hearts content without getting thrown out. If you don't know what Back Counting is then maybe you should find out because it can be very profitable. I bet Daniel Negreanu has done some card counting. If you like to play blackjack, don't even bother with Trump or Majestic Star in Chicago or whatever the hell the names of them are now.

they just renovated their poker room i guess.
they have a 1/2 NL game with $300 max.
I wouldn't play the 2/5 game cause it's no max buy in and I don't have the roll for that.
I'd also play the 4/8 or 6/12 lhe.
I've only heard it's soft, so meh.
I'm thinking about going friday...anyone wanna go? lol.
