Ok I'm new to limit. I've been playing and winning at NL anywhere from .10/.25 up to 1/2 over the past year. I've read SSHE once and I am starting it again. What do you think about this hand.

Hero raises, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (8 SB) [7d], [8s], [4c] (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, BB calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (10.50 BB) [5h] (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero calls, SB calls.

River: (13.50 BB) [Ah] (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets, Hero calls, SB calls.

Final Pot: 16.50 BB

That's pretty much how I'd play the hand.

Not saying it's the right way. There are people on this forum far more qualified than me that can make that judgement.

Fold the turn. You got check raised on the flop and BB was calling a capped pot with something, and then he leads into you on the turn. Without a history, it looks like you have 3rd best hand.

callnig turn is the worst, imo.

Fold >>> Raise >>>>>>> Call.

Decent chance SB c/r-es.
great chance you are drawing dead.
