I was wondering if there are any alternate items I could use for ID verification.I sent an email to support from the cashier page one week ago and have yet to receive a response. I'm not sure why you didn't receive a response to your earlier question but I've forwarded your question on to a senior member of the payment processing team and she should send you a message about your specific situation on Monday when she is back in the office.
