The site says you have to be 21 to sign up however i'm 19 and in the UK thats fine for me to play sports poker etc. Why are some American sites 21 and others are 18?Sucks i wanna join up

Nobody knows you're naked on the internet. Or underage. I admire your desire to follow the laws of our nation, but honestly, I could go to a police precinct or FBI office and report you and nothing would happen. So, don't fret it.

quite a lot of the UK sport sites now let you sign up and then all of a sudden freeze your account for security purposes and ask you to send passport scans and a whole load of other crap.but i'm interested in the mechanics of why the variation exists too.and i wanna play this site dammit. haha

Gambling is regulated by states, not our federal government. For example, Pennsylvania doesn't allow poker rooms at all. However, New York and New Jersey do. New York you can be 18, while NJ I believe its 21. State laws.I guess it matters where the place makes their headquarters at.

how will you withdraw money, etc. if your netteller registration shows you as being under 21? i'm curious, too, since i'm 18 as well, and almost every other site allows 18-year-olds to play.aseem

Whilst i dont like all the sites ones like empire where you can withdraw back to your debit card are ideal.
