Just quality discussion, the occasional Hand History, and a bunch of fun stories.Not only did I start posting in here, I invited a bunch of people in here too; a bunch of (then) newbs, and a couple of guys I literally talked to once or twice on here. But I do remember these guys coming in when I told them it was a cool place to chill. You probably don't know a couple of those names on that list, but believe me, when they were in this thread, they contributed. And not just by padding their post counts or by padding the Hideout post count (which is retarded, why should we padding this place with posts. We've never been about competing with the sick thread or the army in total posts, and by this time, it's impossible to catch up.), by actually saying stuff.Before all the crap happened to me last year that prevented me from frequenting the Hideout as much as I had in 2006, here's what I remember:Low amounts of posts per day in the Hideout compared to other superthreadsLittle to no e-gay (usually only presented by CardWarfare)Little to no hand histories (usually only presented by me or double)Little to no joke accounts, only posted when the situation truly called for it.A wide variety of TOPs (the only repeats were CardWarfare posting Kelly Clarkson, and even he had the wisdom to mix it up, and not hog every top)Since then, I have found it hard to even look at this thread. aadams asked me about a month or so ago why I wasn't in the hideout, and I told him I wasn't feeling it. It holds true, but with the influx of the old school posters like double, Fphillips, Napa, Kuge, powerpoker, scotty, shawn, and, on occasion, CDub, I had to drop in.But pretty much every page (save the ones with Guapo's Hideout meet stories on them, which are amazing), has become an eyesore, because of the following:You hogging all the TOPs, and posting the same pictures of Emma Watson over and over again.Every page having 75% of the posts being from you, ShiaLebouf, or Vinnie Terranova, which, in all intents and purposes, you padding post counts on both your account, your joke accounts, and the hideout.Mass amounts of e-gay, stemming for you mostly. In jest: I love this thread. It was my e-home for quite a while on here, and I truly got comfortable on FCP because of this thread. But, if this place doesn't start shaping up to the point where it truly is about shooting it like it used to be about, I'm leaving the thread, and will create a new place to do so. They just jump into the new page, because it's usually the same thing as the last page. As a result, valuable discussion points that could've been discussed, and various posts that should've been/needed to be responded to are overlooked.Also note that hardly anyone other than Suited, Suited, Suited, and Suited posts TOPs anymore.
