I just figured out that God hates me, and I have the signs to prove it.
I am playing 5 Card Draw. I have been playing for 30 minutes and haven't had better than a pair of Queens.
I am in the blind and get K-7-4-3-2 (4 spades). I pray to hit my 9 outter. I ditch the 2 (which is not a spade), and I hit my spade.
Other guy has drawn 3 cards. I figure at best he's going to hit a set.
He bets $3. I raise to $9. He puts me all in for about $15 more. I call.
He flips over 8-8-6-6-6.
Yep, you guess it. He drew to a pair of 8's and hit none other than:
6 - 6 - 6.
That proves that God Hates Me!
