BB checks, UTG bets, MP calls, RISE raises, BB folds, UTG calls, MP calls

Turn: (~5 BB) 9
UTG checks, MP checks, RISE...

am I folding enough better hands to warrant a bet/fold?

I think so. The pots 5 bb and I think you'll fold overs more then enough to make it worthwhile. If just called on the turn your straight outs are often still clean and on occassion your 8 as well.

But its quite possible that UTG has a now meaningless low pp and mp1 has overs.
