It's either "The Office" or "Arrested Development". Both are hilarious and have awesome writing.
The path
of the righteous man is beset on
all sides by the inequities of the
selfish and the tyranny of evil
men. Blessed is he who, in the
name of charity and good will,
shepherds the weak through the
valley of darkness, for he is truly
his brother's keeper and the finder
of lost children.
And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those
who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers.
And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

The Office UK is better, but the U.S. version still kicks major behind. It's so rare that this happens. It definitely didn't work for Weakest frickin' Link.

I got season 1 for Christmas and I'm loving it.I'm not a huge fan of them changing the day simply bc, TV stations tend to not have enough commercials letting you know when the show has moved. Thursday is NBC's big night, so that may even help the show, who knows. Shows that change days and time slots often get into trouble bc they have to bring in another audience possibly.I'm sure as hell am not going to miss it. Steve Carell owns.

I enjoyed the UK version, but do they have star power like Steve Carell on the other side of the pond? I dont think so.

To be specific, Steve Carrell won. The Office as a show did not win it's category.

Does Curb yoru Enthusiam count? because it owns all of them. I love arrested development, and I liek it better than the office, which is good. No where near as good as the UK version, IMO, however. My Name is Earl is a good concept, but it's not as funny as it could be, I think. I also like Despirate Housewives.

I don't mind the day change too much. Earl and The Office being a built in audience as opposed to needing to find a new one, and Will and Grace is still a strong lead in at 7. The only thing I would change is drop Four Kings in favor of Scrubs, and drop ER for L&O: CI. That's about as strong of a line up any network could put on right now.

My wife had me watch it last week, where he burned his foot in the Forman grill. It had me cracking up. Every character plays an important role that makes the show so funny. The best part is that anyone working in an office can associate someone they work with, with a charater on the show.

Since we're talking about TV...Entourage is also brilliant. The first season KILLED the 2nd season, though. Jeremy Piven deserves an Emmy. I know he was nominated once, but I don't think he won.

Great shows that I can't watch bc I dont have HBO: Curb your Enthusiasm, Entourage.I've seen a couple episodes of each and loved them. Jeremy Piven plays an awesome character. Larry David, what else can you say.If I were to rank the actors by best character i think it goes:Steve CarellLarry DavidJeremy Piven

ER may not be what it once was, but it is fairly strong. However, if it were to go, L&O SVU would be the obvious choice since it pwns CI in the ratings.

ER is coming to a close, I think. It won't last beyond another season or two.As for SVU, it's doing very well on Tuesdays and doesn't need any help. CI does. That, and I'm a big Vincent D'Onofrio fan and I would watch CI every day if I could.
