I dont think they stress preflop hand combo's much, and i dont remember a specific chart or anything like that.We had a post late in 05 on starting hands from every position ( I think Cinci posted it first) and everyone said what they did with each example hand.

There's about four pages in SSHE where it lists the hands you should play in tight games and the hands you should play in loose games. There's also an online chart somehwere. I don't have any of that here with me, though.
