This is a very scary board, so unless you've seen him donk with air, or display weak tendencies when he gets played back at, I think you should just fold the flop.

see the turn and river for 1 more SB than you folded for?fold river ui.Is he Loose Agg? if so I really don't like the raise fold here.if he is tight/Agg, I fold the flop, w/o raisng first

That's my line here without being a jerk. Flop didn't hit us and we have no draws in a small pot.

my thinking was that he could donk with air, or an underpair to the board and raising might get him to foldeven if he just calls my raise, i think i have a good shot of being ahead and could bet the turn and check behind on riveri really don't like calling the flop, so maybe i should consider folding

I raise often in these spots. It's very possible to get villain to fold a better hand than ours and it works well for our image. Someone could be less reluctant to defend their blinds if they know they're going to face strong resistance and we can get our big hands paid off.

If he's donk betting a better hand than you have, your pretty much never getting him to fold. Typically a donk bet is either a draw or a hand that hit the flop, but isn't a monster. You are not folding an Ace here and likely not folding a Jack either.I'd just give this up, since it looks pretty bleak with no kind of draw to go with bottom pair. Even if you do have the best hand at the moment(very unlikely), your vulnerable to a ton of draws in this spot.
