Well like the title says I just finished a 17 hour long session down at the bike. I started at 4am after work and finished at 9pm. I've done 12 before but this was crazy. I probably could have gone on for another 4-5 hours I think. It was like I was going off adrenaline never coming down. I have also been up since 2pm pst on thursday the 12th.It was a long but beneficial session. I played in their $40 dollar buy-in no limit game where the blinds are 1-2. i know this isn't the most optimal game to play but it is the hottest game they got going. They had about 10 tables going and it was only 9pm. In this game, are all the people who want to play no limit, but don't want to go to the big boy section. You end up seeing all types of wierd plays. I usually wait for big hands and make people pay. Of course, when the cards aren't coming, it can be tough. With this particular session I started good right off the bat. I eventually got my stack up to 160, doubled that, and then got up to around $540. You can see my reasoning for sticking around so long, especially when I had the big stack and people can only come in for $40. These people were afraid to raise, and allowed me to see some cheap flops and hit some of my draws.During this session, unlike some recent ones, I was hitting my draws, and my hands were holding up. All in all, I won some money, saw 17 hours of hands, and people reactions. If you have questions or remarks about the wierd $40 buy in game go ahead and post.P.S. I know, I know TP/MM

How much did you cash out for? 17 hours is monstrous. Most I've ever played was about 9, and that was pretty tough.

I actually would like that kind of buy in structure. You can build up a huge stack and never really worry about going broke. Plus, its a cash game anyway, I tend to push close edges hard anyway. I bet you could make a killing in that game.

Also, my longest session was 27 hours. And I only won like $20 or $30. It was fun though.

I played a 2/5 NL game once for 60 hours. Only stopped playing to go to a different house down the road and a short nap. Was down a little at the first house, but we played mixed game at the 2nd house and ended walking away up $1200. I was so tired afterwards that on the way home I parked in a parking lot and fell asleep. A cop woke me up to make sure I was okay. I guess he thought I was drunk or something.

Longest online session for me was about 11 hours. Start at 6PM and before you know it, the sun is up.Casino play is probably easier to stay awake for, with the food, lights and not playing in your bed on a laptop.Though you cant play with yourself in a casino...yet
Dammit, there's no time!

No coke for me. I can't remember if I smoked pot that session. Which means I probably did. The main thing that kept me going was Red Bull. Lots and lots of Red Bull.

I lost count, but it was a lot. I was pretty much inhaling it! :club: I also do 20-30 live on a regular basis(once or twice a month) au natural. I could go longer but deoderant only lasts so long. I don't want to be that guy. The most entertaining parts of that session, apart from the win, was being the points leader 2 days in a row at pokerroom, when they used to split 1K between the top 50 earners. I also had two people come to my tables, who had played with me the night before. I had a couple tables that didn't break at 2-2 NL, and had 800 and 900 at the tables. People were shocked I was doing so well two nights in a row. "It's my lucky seat" was the response.
