On a serious note: I really think there is so much justification for it. What would you rather, as a band or musician: selling your albums so that fans of your albums can buy them at $10 a pop, and some other people too. And a bunch of people buy your single on itunes for $1. Or that everybody in the whole world with the internet can get an entire copy of your music for free, and then you can sell lots of them a $30 concert ticket every year or so? I also buy vinyl, of bands who I never would have considered listening to. And so many dead artists. It's almost like a moral outrage over people hanging copies of famous artistic photographs on their wall which they downloaded, printed, and framed. Not quite like that, but very almost. As a man of the internet, I'm surprised at your moral stance against the free flow of information. Ability for everybody (well, anybody with internet) regardless of income or location or anything to access some of the greatest artistic achievements of mankind any time day or night - isn't that awesome, as far as the whole human consciousness or whatever? It's not killing music, that is for sure. http://www.boston.co...he_money_blues/
