mmm... that one always goes down smooth.I've had Kanye's remix of "Buy You A Drank" stuck in my head all night. That fella can sure spit a verse from time to time.

I think I need to invest some monitored bandwidth in a good rip of Blue Scholars' self-titled; it's a sick record, and the one that floats around on all the anonymous sites I use breaks up all over the second half; it's horrible.

YES!Get Bayani too, if you don't have it already. And Sabzi, the DJ, has another project called Common Market, so hook that up too.

If I recall correctly, it was your recommendation that got me into the group. Bayani was totally underrated; even I forgot about it come list-making time. Sabzi's beats are the highlight of the whole operation for me, and I was unaware of Common Market, so I'm all-up-on this shit. Thanks.

Score the first solid reco' in a a while, LV; Common Market is sick.Sabzi, to me, on a cursory evaluation, is like everyone thinks 9th wonder is, but I fail to entirely see, most of the time.

That's very likely, I spew about their greatness at most opportunities.

Glad you dig it.I'm sure this is nothing new, but it occurred to me that I don't think I've wet my drawers in here over Soul Position. RJD2 and Blueprint. Very, very good stuff.

I actually unearthed that one last weekend, when I was fingering my ******* to RJD2 for like the 30th time. Very cool. Found in that same night: MURS & 9th Wonder - MURS 3:16 - the 9th Edition.

I'm not sure how it will hold up, but I just had an incredible listening experience with Why?'s Alopecia.

yeah. I heard it first and was subsequently disappointed with their full-length.
I didn't even realize that had leaked.

yeah, it's pretty funny how inept the industry is at keeping things from leaking out via employees. of course it is the p2p people who are to blame for the mass unauthorized distribution before release, not the initial thieves...the new silver jews album seems pretty boring to me. for every one awesome album I've found with the top ten sorting on what/waffles, I've cramped my drive with like five others. not sure what drives people to make so many unorigional indie rock bands.
I got tired of logging in and out on my iPod. I made this so I could stay logged in on both my PC and this.

Represent, represent.Have you heard Food for Animals, yet, LV? I think it's probably my hip-hop album of the year, thusly. Also, if anyone is into instrumental Rockish stuff, Earth's The Bees Made Honey in the Lion's Skull (which title is an awesome Biblical reference) is extremely cool.

Doesn't anyone like music, anymore?Have I mentioned the new Del record in here? I found it incredibly disappointing, but I was probably the only person who didn't know it wouldn't be freight.
