I have to agree. Very testing on one's patience.Does anyone have any experience with their public relations? Here's why......I entered their $30 + 3 ($20 000 guaranteed) tournament on Saturday 8:00est.No trouble registering for the tournament, but when it was time to be seated, a 13 minute battle to connect to server.Does any player have any recourse with Pacific in this situation? Thanks for your help everyone. This forum is great.

Yup, I had the same problem with their servers 3 different times after registering for tournaments and then their wonderful server crashed. I emailed support and called them but was never refunded my money because their system didn't record any hands for tournaments that I played(even though I didn't play any because I coudn't log on) so I just gave up because the site is horrible.

If you can even get a response within a week that would be great. Plus something with their system ****ed up and said that I hadn't played any raked hands, sit-n-gos, or tournaments. So there system ****s up and doesn't record anything I played so I didn't get my money back. The site sucks, the server sucks, the software sucks, the customer service sucks. The only good thing about it is the players suck to, but factor in the above and not being able to multi-table even sit-n-gos. . . the site pretty much equals what is in my toilet every so often.
