button is 34/9/1.07 over 593Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cxPreflop: Hero is CO with 9:diamond:, K:diamond:. UTG calls, 2 folds, Hero calls, Button calls, SB completes, BB checks.Flop: (7 SB) 8:spade:, 9:spade:, 3:club: (7 players)SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, MP1 checks, MP2 checks, Hero betsFirst of all, is this limp ok? Usually I'll fold k9 suited without a second thought, but there were a ton of ppl already in the hand, it looked kind of pretty, and I've been awake for the last 30 hours.Second question: Is this 3 bet pretty standard? It looked like he was maybe raising to thin the field, maybe 9 lower kicker, 10 q, 10 j...?If he caps the flop, do I call down? (it'll be like 8bb in the pot after I call the flop, so I have odds to call the turn to hit my 2 pair, then I just can't see folding the river getting 11:1, unless running spades come out, or something similar)If he calls my 3-bet, then I bet/call the turn? if raised on the turn i c/c the river else I bet/call the river?

Hmmmm... I was pondering the idea of raising preflop.Screech... should we be more inclined to raise from CO if nobody's limped, or should we be more inclined to open-raise all those limpers to build a pot?I'm such a LAG optimist. Alan Schoonmaker is so smart about that stuff. Did you catch that article in the 2+2 magazine? It's SOOOOO true for me.
