nhlfan 0
Went to register last night, noticed, like many of you, that the ticket wasn't available yet. So I used the online help, and withing 15 second I found out that the tickets were still in the process of being posted to the accounts. So I got on this morning, ticket was there, and I registered. About 30 minutes later I got an e-mail from FCP customer support saying that they noticed I had registered, so everything must be OK, and wished me luck in the tourney.Try getting service like that anywhere else. Just an observation.

Marcstar 0
The only time I've contacted customer service...I first tried the live thing but then it said they were busy or something so it told me to email them. I didnt hear back for almost a week, lol.The problem you had...didnt really seem like much of a problem though.
semaj550 0
Yeah FCP's customer support is definately the best I've dealt with. They seem to actually care about players and want to resolve problems so that players stay on their tables. Kudos to them for that, it makes for a much better site to play at during those times that you need them.

Guest
The absolute worst is Empire poker. I tried to make a deposit and it didn't go through so I emailed them and then a couple of days later I did so again. They do there deposit's through something called pay-pro and they never emailed me back. I emailed Empire cashier and the email came back saying it was invalid email address so I emailed there info a couple of times but still never heard anything from them. They don't even list a phone number on there web site. How messed up is that?
