bigcoled 1 Posted January 4, 2006 Share Posted January 4, 2006 ...sitting 2/4.....02/.04...thats right, its not a typo...I, bigcoled, was sitting at the big game, 2 CENT/4 CENT Limit Hold'em on pokerstars...it felt like the Bellagio, but NO, it was pokerstars...when I realized I was sitting at the tightest penny table on the plant!! Aces, no action...Kings, no action...Queens, no action....it was amazing, I sat for an hour and saw about 5 flops...I tell ya, making a living at poker isn't as easy as it used to be....See ya at the tables!...(sw) Link to post Share on other sites

bigcoled 1 Posted January 4, 2006 Author Share Posted January 4, 2006 I'm taking my shot at the .05/.10...at these stake, anything can and WILL happen....in the first 2 hands I've doubled up...I had a 5d8d, flop came 10c 9c 2d...so i obviously had straight and flush draws....the flush draw obviously came in....this is some high level poker here folks, and for those of you at home, i don't advise risking this much money at once, it takes alot of skill to be successul at these levels.... The thread is worse than expected.I lost $2300 playing .02/.04 at Pokerstars. You get caught up with the winning and living the life, and before I knew my life came crashing down on me. I had to start another job just to keep up with my habit but I couldn't stop. I now attend Gamblers meeting at my local help center and that is helping, but when I dont attend them it seems like I'm sitting at home all alone and next thing I know I'm multi-tabling the .02/.04 again. I smashed my brand new laptop, broke up with my girlfriend and took a 2nd mortgage. I hope to start fresh again but only time will tell. Link to post Share on other sites
