TJ_Eckleburg 0
MP2 is 50/9.5/1.39 over 40 hands.SB and BB are both passive, though one is tighter than the other.SB is 16.9/3.1/.70 over 100 handsBB is 44.1/3.7/1.0 over 100 handsParty Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (8 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cxPreflop: Hero is Button with 7:spade:, 9:spade:. UTG calls, 1 fold, Hero calls, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls, MP1 calls.I'm not really concerned with the fact that I cold-called here. I have the button, I'm sooooted, and I think I need to work on my post-flop play. Flop: (12 SB) T:spade:, 2:spade:, 4:heart: (6 players)SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, MP1 checks, MP2 bets, Hero calls, SB calls, BB calls, UTG folds, MP1 folds.Must... not... raise...Turn: (8 BB) 9:diamond: (4 players)SB checks, BB checks, MP2 bets, Hero calls, SB calls, BB calls.Maybe raise? I still think probably not.River: (12 BB) 6:spade: (4 players)SB checks, BB checks, MP2 bets, Hero... doesn't think about overcalls... ever.Is this a good situation to go for overcalls? Passive opponents *could* be on better flush draws themselves. If you just call, do you call a c/r from the blinds? Also, are you still a man if you cold-call preflop, and call on the flop, turn, and river? I say no... even though the easiest no-call is a fold preflop, I begrudgingly admit. If you raise, what do you do if the blinds check/3-bets you?

TJ_Eckleburg 0
I raise turn.I call riverAre we raising turn fora) free showdown if UIb) extra bets if we hit+c) gradually-getting-bigger pot in position?I put MP on AT or an overpair most of the time... giving me 9 + 5 outs. Just 5 outs if he has overcard spades. Weighting that the way I should weigh it, does a turn raise have value?
screech 0
I raise the turn too.Pot's getting big, and we may get a free sd. Also, if we have the best hand, it's vulnerable. Raising the turn makes the river play much easier.
