Don't agree with the raise pf, but I don't know the feel of the table. I wouldve raised flop, and seen if he 3 bet it, or calls. You could still raise the turn here, and go for a free showdown, if better has tendency to bet weak/marginal holdings consistently, but from experience, if he limped from that position, Id guess weak ace.

KQ os? I think thats just spewing chips. I fold that in your position preflop.
You fold in MP with KQo?I could easily be wrong here though, but I don't fold this here. I'm more SLAA than TAG though, I tend to play a few more hands, and play them aggressively.ZachPS - Someone back me up on this, or at least tell me I'm retarded.

Well, I guess Im a tad bit tighter than you, but raising with two limper and many to act after yous with a marginal hand doesnt seem like a great idea.

You are not even close to buying position here. You need 4 ppl to fold. Luckily they did. KQos has no flush potential. You are now being beat by a weak ace. You will get 3 bet by better hands., thus losing money. I dont believe your equity here is good enough to raise.

preflop raie good./standardmaybe raise flop, call a 3-betWe may get a free card (not the times he 3-bets us..though)depending on whether u are HU or 3 way to turn and on pot size.K outs complete a OESD/BDFD, but we have ~5 outs often

EASY EASY EASY raise preflop with KQ.Raise the flop, makes your turn play a ton easier.
I agree.Say we are 3-bet, SB has folded, and its 7.5 BB on turn.Claearly we call a turn bet.Pot 9 BB on river. We fold getting 10:1 UI on river?Could we have gotten here by not rasing flop and seing a SD in a 8 BB pot for the same price as folding now?Do we gain enough raising the flop, e.g folding SB's weaker drawsI like flop raise too, I jsut suck at using the info becasue we're building bigger pots, too.

EASY EASY EASY raise preflop with KQ.Nah.Definately a raise in this game, but not automatic after limpers, automatic first in.Raise/call this flop for a couple of reasons. One, you have the best hand some of the time, but probaly not enough for a pure value raise. Two, you have out most of the time you're behind and you're not unlikely to get a free cars here. Three, folding the turn is a lot cleaner if he three-bets and leads and you don't improve, than if he just leads again. Four, and this isn't unimportant, if you raise the flop, check behind on the turn and call or fold the river UI *it encourages weak aces to continue donkbetting into your raises* which is very good for you most of the time.good luck.

Smash:won't the pot odds "allow" us to see the river if we are 3-bet on the flop. 7.5BB (assuming SB folds to our flop raise)Depends on the turn and where we put his three-betting range. If we're still drawing live, which way may not be on this turn, (for instance we're drawing completely dead to AQ or a set) it might be correct to take one off and then show it down for sanity's sake in a relatively giant pot for one more bet. There's also a player to act after us, and calling two on this turn blows.good luck.

Last time I checked we were commenting on this hand which just so happened to happen in this game.
