I'm thinking you're correct in your "3-bet or toss" line of thinking. More precisely, unless you have a read on the guy as being LAG preflop, I'm probably just tossing it more often than not.KJs may be a different story.

Dump it. Assuming he is not overly LAG his hand range is somethink like: AK AQ AJ AT KQ AA KK QQ JJ TT 99. KJ doesnt play well against those hands. In the muck!

KJ is a 3-bet or fold hand, and short of having excellent reads, you dump this pretty much every time.pre-flop, cold-calling is almost never the right decision, except very occasionally in late position with a whole lot of callers.
