The problem with the "I have better 2-pair!" line of thinking is that there's now a 2/3 chance (If you put him on flopping two-pair) that his "worse two pair" just became a boat.Just calling the river is fine.

easy call.His flop c/r is a great way to play A7. His cap along with the c/r could also be a set gettinbgg super aggressive on the draw heavy flop. THe cap makes me lean towars a big hand. Although, it's also a sign of him wanting to keep control with nothing more than TP.River, I just don't think you are ahead often enough. 2/3 times to risk a raise. I lean towrds passiveness on rivers though/*** read replies ***a read on SB would be so helpful.Does he call a raise preflop with T5? Tx ?

this is where a read is so important.Will SB call preflop raise with any hand that makes two pair?Does he cap the flop with TP, any pair, only.?Could he possibly be getting agg with A5 , which is the hand I really want to raise here against.Ih he has a set, we lose two more bets. A set, unless SB is looose, or has A5 , is his most reasonable holding. Not to assume he is reasonable; but no read.SB either has 5, 9, 14 outs, I'd think. Or we have 2.So SB always calls our raise, and will often fold the river UI, if on aggressive FD only. And may even fold UI pair, given our strenghth (doubtful, but maybe) SB will bet almost any hand UI/I on the river if we just call here. So we gain from the missed draws, sometimes.SB looks really strong to me and risking a 3-bet (you're not folding right?) makes me want to check and induce a river bet.I bet the river if checked to.I have to be super strong orhave lots of outs to raise the big streets HU against an opponent shoowing this much strength.

Why no raise on the turn?

My flop 3-bet says "I can beat top pair". Along with my pre-flop raise any thinking opponent should put me on a big pocket pair. His flop cap therefore means he has two pair a worst. I figure there's a decent chance I'm behind. Enough of a chance that I don't like raising. Not enough of a chance that I'm folding a big pocket pair heads up on this board.Isn't this a classic wa/wb? I'm not willing to bet/fold the turn when I can call down for the same price. If villain is overplaying TP why would I want to slow him down.

no it's not wa/wb.It is if he holds certain cards, like a set.Otherwise both of you have too many outs to be wa/wb.FD, pair draw outs, etc.Thus you casn't treat it as wa/wb..althoguh, I too would not raise the turn, close though.
