good time to slow play?

I'd check it too on occasion hoping to get a bet out of someone. That flop looks like theres a good chance no one hit it, he's probably gonna get no action if he bets. And what if the 4 of diamonds comes, that would be pretty sweet. If someone does have diamonds and its a safe turn, they are now drawing to one card for the flush instead of two. I made the same play last night in a tourney, except I then called off half my chips when he hit his flush on the river.

if this was an unraised pot, then i have no problem w/ him trying to trap. but i just cant find many situations where he'll bust someone w/ just a set of threes here.an opponent w/ a k in calling him on the floppossibly same w/ a 4diamonds are calling him on this flopso is a straight drawbut what hand is going to improve so greatly that will pay us off big on the turn and river that wont pay to peel off a card on this flop?

I don't like checking with that board, either. When I do, the flush card always hits on the turn. When I bet, I get no action. I usually bet and take down the small pot.

I like your thinking......Checking that flop against two other opponents can put you in a tough spot if the flush card comes on the turn....If one of your opponent's bet...then WTF do you do? You have no info and then you could be checking and calling with your set and bleed chips to a made flush.Why not charge these two fools?I'm with ya on this one....then again...we were not there and not privy to the info Daniel had recieved from his opponents on their likely holdings...
