Ok so im playing 6 handed on .25/.5 starsUTG raises to 1, 2nd postion calls i call with 55. button raises to 1.5. Originally raiser who is very loose re reraises to 8.25. 2nd position calls 3 dollars and is all in. I decide that the guy is pretty loose so i could still be up against 2 overcards and if im up against a big pair i can stack him for sure if i make my set. So i call. Button folds. Flop comes 4 6 7. He bets 20 dollars i raise another 20 all in.What do you think? How would you have played it differently.

Edit; I found your hand!Hmm.I guess, if you're playing this hand facing two raises and an all in, this is about the best flop you can hope for that doesn't have a five in it.I think we're waaaaaaaaay behind more times than not, preflop.Flop, we probably have 8 clean, and 10 possible.I like this move if there's not all thatp reflop action, but I mean, you're almost guaranteed to be up against an over pair here. What if he calls with pocket 9s? We're drawing real slim. I think we need to fold preflop, but, if you're going to play this hand, in this manner, I think you have to push the flop.Just know though that you're going to be dominated very often playing this hand in this manner.
I'm also fed up with the common cold but I just hate to say goodbye.

Let's replay the hand omitting callers for now: UTG raises min (to $1) Button reraises min (to $1.50) UTG reraises to $8 2nd position calls all-in (I added this call, because it shows commitmant to his holdings...)I say EVEN if you think UTG is loose and aggressive, there is a high probability you are against an over pair. If not, you are against at least two opponents, so there are 3 or 4 ranks aboveyour fives which will pair up your opponent.Bottom line, if I were you, I would think the only way I win this hand is by setting up (ignoring straights and flushes for now... you can't flop either with a pocket pair). Therefore, let's look at the odds:1) you will make a set 1 in every 8.5 flops (7.5 to 1 against)2) the current pot is $14.50 and it will cost you $7.25 more to call. That's 2 to 1 on your money. What about implied odds? You have $50 before this hand starts, so you're looking at calling off 16% of you stack on a draw that only hits roughly 12% of the time. As much as I like pocket pairs, the stacks need to be deeper to justify the pre-flop call.Bottom line: Fold pre-flop to the reraise. If you do call the pre-flop raise, then an argument could still be made for folding on the flop. You're certainly not being priced to call, and it is definitely the safer play to fold here. Nevertheless, if I make it to the flop with this hand, I am putting it all-in on the flop, just like you did.Keep in mind, there's an all-in here, so this hand is going to showdown regardless. The sidepot is $8, so this bet may still be a bluff to try to freeroll to the river heads-up against the all-in (if you fold on the flop, the villian gets to risk only 25 cents to possibly win the entire pot). I think this will entice a villian with two overs to try this bluff (it also looks like a "safe" flop, given all the pre-flop raising). I would move in here and hope for the best on the remaining streets.I feel your mistake was calling the pre-flop raise. Even though I advocate the push on the flop, I would guess by the play that you were up against a high pair (QQ to AA)... That min raise UTG seems sooo fishy...Cheers,Merby

This is demonstrative of why I fold this preflop.
