Obviously you keep Spezza. He'll end up in the top 5 in scoring. Naslund plays with that stiff Bertuzzi and doesn't have nearly the talent around him that Spezza does.

He'll probably have enough points by Christmas to end up with more points than Datsyuk or Bertuzzi.

So far we were wrong, yes, but I don't regret saying it was a bad trade. There's still the rest of the year to be proven right lol.Bertuzzi, given his skill and size, should be one of the premier players in the game right now, I don't understand how he's not producing more. I still think Datsyuk's better than Hossa, not Savard. And no, don't trade Spezza for Naslund. Unless I'm always wrong now, in which case do :D

Bertuzzi was a product of Naslund's greatness, and Hossa has blown away Datsyuk in his career in both goals and points per season and will likely beat him again this year.Savard is going to be top 10 in scoring every year if he stays healthy, the guy has put up huge #'s at every level he's played.I really would have an orgasm if he played for team Canada. Maybe in 2010

I read all these Bertuzzi trade rumours, but the one question none of them ever answer is: why would any other team take Bertuzzi? He makes more than $5 million a year. If he were traded to Ottawa, he'd be the highest paid player on the team, making something something like $600000 more than Alfredsson. Why would Ottawa screw up their salary structure that way, for a guy who as it stands right now might end up on the third line?Bertuzzi might well return to form if he gets a change of scenery - but then again he might not. There are a few teams that might be willing to gamble $5 million on that, but those that would don't really have much cap room to spare, and certainly wouldn't send $5 million worth of proven players back. The only Bertuzzi trades that make sense to me are problem for problem trades, and I'm pretty sure Nonis isn't anywhere near that desparate yet.

He's looked great in about 1/4 of his games so far. It's the other 3/4 that have Nonis and Crawford worried, and Vancouver talk radio listeners up in arms.

Marc Crawford is an idiot! I think he is using Bertuzzi incorrectly by having him stand in front of the net.
