Your plays here really confused me.You shouldn't be playing this hand like it's pocket sevens, first of all.Your flop play tells the button you are not very strong. He probably has you on a good drawing hand, like 4-5 suited, or a middle pair, like you have.If you want to stay in this hand, you need to show strength here. You either fold or raise, because you aren't drawing to winning hands right now.I like the bet on the turn if you had shown strength on the flop. It tells me now that the Button is not very strong, maybe top-pair but not a good kicker, he could really have a # of things.Laying down on the river here is crazy IMO. You have to call here with the pot-odds, assuming you can win this pot with the sevens at least 1 in 10 times.

I check/fold this flop. And if I get a wild hair up my ass and do bet and am raised, I check/fold the turn Unimproved.
