I totally just got scammed by a vending machine.
Ya I put .75 in a vending machine and tried to get a little bag of doritos. The bag got stuck and when I went to get change to get another one there was a guy eatting a bag of doritos and had an unopened one sticking out of his pocket.I'm not sue'n him and Dorito's for that scam, and I'm gonna be a bazillionare.
I got scammed today, but decided I deserved it. I went to the carwash and gave the guy a $20 for a $15 carwash. But he gave me $7 change. I almost corrected him but didn't. After the carwash I was going to vaccuum out my car, etc. So I put a $5 in the change machine and it took it but never gave me a single quarter. So I put in the last $3 I had and it changed that, no problem. The moral of the story? Don't f.uck with karma...

I just read the Protege rules right now for the first time and it seems to me that there is more than one way to qualify for free unless i'm mistaken? e.g. Red Hot Poker, Posting on forums (hence this post hehe).
Won't work to try to boost your post counts now. That had to be done by Nov. 20th 2005 and have at least 20 posts by then. Read Seat# 2: FCP Poker forum junkies.

No, no, you're wrong about what happened to you. It was a Twix. Also, there's no such thing as a bazillion, it's a brazillian.
I was wrong...but you aren't right either...it was a Babe Ruth bar. And I'm gonna get a quattuordecillion.which looks like this$1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000pretty sad I looked that up but I laughed when I saw that....get off me!!!

This new website expects us to put way too much personal information down to open an account. First it's not fair to those who are fans of you, but just cannot afford to play online. Second, to those who can play, your asking for way too much info just to setup the account. You never mentioned that you have to be playing for money in order to win your Protege contest at the Toronto Hard Rock Party! This is all a big scam just to get more people to play for money on this website. A very cruel move! How do you expect "the average Joe" to win your protege when "the average Joe" doesn't have money to even play online?
It asks basically what every other site asks for. If you are underage just play for play money and they won't call your house. What do you expect, them to give away $50 for opening a play money account?

GEORGE: Now, if this mechanic guy, was, in fact, eating a 5th Avenue bar, as he claimed, wouldn’t you agree he would have no problem picking one out from a candy line-up? WILLIE: "Candy line-up"? GEORGE: I’ve spent the last hour preparing ten candy bars with no wrappers of identification of any kind for him to select from. WILLIE: It took you an hour? After analyzing this situation, Ive come to realize that the problem here is: This guys parent refuse to give him anymore than 15 bucks from his credit card, And being that he is too young to have his own, Hes quite upset that he cannot "sneak" by on this site. And the part that really "tugs on his short and curlys", is the fact that he cannot even use someone elses credit card because of the in-depth info you must provide. Unfortunanlty you must, like the rest of the younger crowd, wait a lil bit longer to gamble. But hey, with this new found time you can perhaps practice by playing for fake money or even reading some knowledgeable literature. As for Daniels response, Dont worry Danny......I got this one for ya buddy!

It's way overblown.....All they ask for is name, address, phone number and email address. If you have Netteller, you'll be playing for cash in about 5 minutes from the start of the application process to hitting the "Register" button on a Sit-N-Go.... Seriously, I logged in Tuesday at 7:30 Registered, logged off, logged on to PokerStars, withdrew $200 to netteller, logged back in and deposited on to FCP and was playing in a sit-n-go by 8:00. So far, the FBI hasn't shown up to arrest me for playing online poker...although we got 10" of snow yesterday so maybe they are stuck in a snow drift. They asked for no more information than Party, Stars, Fulltilt, UB or any other site I have joined. As far as this being a scam, NO, Daniel is promoting his site, he'll arrange the contest as he see's fit, that's not up for a vote, he'll take CREDIBLE advise on changes but that's about all you could ask.
