I hate seeing flops with 3 cards of 10 or higher. In most cases, your 2 pair won't hold up. Especially not with 6 people seeing that flop. If someone is chasing the OES, they'll have the odds to do it to the river. If someone is chasing the flush draw, they'll have the odds to do it to the river. That is assuming that someone hasn't already made their straight. You have 5 people calling you throughout the hand, so you're almost definitely beat. That many people... I'm putting one of them on 8-7s, one of them on K-Q, no idea about the blinds. Someone almost surely hit his flush on the river, but might be scared of a higher flush considering the number of people still in the hand. I would have checked the turn. There is no reason to bet at a hand you are almost certainly behind in.

No no no no no no no...Bet that turn! Be aggressive in big pots! Bet that turn...Here, I actually hate not being able to bet the river, too. If it wasn't the flush card I would have.

5 others in the hand, and you don't put at least 1 of them on having a Q? You're drawing to 4 outs on the river. Why not see it for free trying to hit your boat? The reason people are checking the turn is because the Queen realizes he won't be able to chase out the flush at this point, so might as well see the river as cheap as possible and bet if the flush doesn't hit.

One, not betting this river with the Q is horrible. Two, not raising the turn with the Q is horrible.Three, bet the river. Folding someone with a Q who thinks they're making a big laydown 1 time in 100 and winning this has such amazing tilt equity that it's worth the 1BB. How often are you really going to be in this position. Given the action here, I think it's probably 40/60 that you're actually good.
I've never played poker.

I was thinking along similar lines. Since no one seems to want to bet the flush, have at it. See if you can get the straight to lay down.
