Well you're not folding any better hands, so a bet would have to be for value.I think this is a check/call against most opponents due to all the draws on the flop that missed. Check/fold against passives.

that board is very unscary for mid PP's.I think betting is you worst option.Only worse hands fold here.You're not folding any pair.Surely AK 3-bets preflopIf he is loose and the type that always bets when checked to you can try a c/c. You can pick off lots of missed flush bluffs.C/F if he's passive is best option otherwise.You use GT+ ? it really helps for these situations.(Edit: wow, maybe I"m not losing it)
