leading out from the sb with a flush draw

Hero has 4c Ks (three of a kind, fours). Outcome: SB wins 11 BB. I'm not really concerned with the way I play the hand, in fact I don't really have any problems with the way I played it. I'm actually more concerned with the way the Villain played his hand. I think it's illustrative of the deceptive value of leading out with a flush draw.

I know you said that you suspected that villain had a worse 4 in this spot, but I think he would've shown more aggression before the river in that case. By the river, he's likely to have a pair of tens or a flush. Not that you could change much though.
