i'm having a horrible night. pair and flush draw

Recommended Posts

God damn. This is the worst night I've had in a week. I'm shaking right now because I"m so angry. Just all god damn night, people talking shit . People talking sh and people entering the game like they were just set loose from the zoo or something. How do I explain it ? These MF'ers are absolutely crazy. I was 2-tabling and I should have went down to one table to account for this crazy night. Must have been a full moon. I'm so angry now that I'm not sure what to do. Let me know what you think of this hand. Good play ? Man, got to say that there was a little tilt involved here and some frustration. I played last night but tonight , man they were freaking off the wall. Yeah..I wouldn't make it a standard play to call 5xbb raises with K10. That's your first mistake.Second.What the censored did you think you were up against?A set of nines surprised me, I figured it'd be a set of queens.Kinda weird that you can't win with middle pair and a flush draw when you're up against top pair *and* a set. You're funny to me.

LOL... definately tilt invovledpf call: horribleflop all-in: decent, but you WILL get called most of the time by a hand that's beating you... just depends on how much you're willing to gamble. plus, if you get called by only one player, you're getting just enough pot odds to make it profitable. you were VERY lucking that both called you down and one of them was drawing to just 3 outs.

wait a second.   Last week you told me to push all-in with a pair and flush draw.    You guys are sick.Every round was being raised.  Should I just fold every hand except AA and KK .  Please.
seriously... move down in limitsif you cant see the difference between the hand from last week and this hand, then you need to play more at lower limits before you continue blowing away hundreds at these tables.the hand from last week was unraised and a ragged flop... you had great fold equity (and that's why people suggested going allin). this hand was raised BIG pf, the flop was EXTREMELY coordinated. you had very little fold equity, and most likely were going to get called by a better hand (since the button has already commited 1/3 of his stack). plus you're pf call was beyond painful to read.pf you had no position and a hand that's highly dominatable and isnt dominating anything. and you're looking to flop better than a pair to get paid off (ie trips, top two, straight, flush). and if you just flop a pair, you could potentially lose your entire stack. you only had $.50 committed in that pot, yet you managed to lose $105.25 because you chose to play that hand... get the picture?you're a maniac... no other way around it

Seriously dude, these guys are just trying to help you out so no need to talk about anyone's moms.If you don't want to listen to good advice dont bother posting any hands. You did make a bad mistake calling the pf raises. Really bad.what if a K or a 10 flops? You are destined to lose a ton of money on this hand by calling that pf raise. What you should be hoping for is that a bunch of rags flop so you can fold.

This is the poster child hand for not calling a pre-flop raise out of position wiht a mediocre hand. I dont even feel like evaluating after that. You call that raise with 3 people who limped in still to act. You dont have to wait for AA or KK but you cant call here when your not even closing the actions. You should not have tried to move back up to 1-2. You say you can beat the .50-1 game so easily but there is no way you can if this is how you play. I love your posts to but this was terrible. and the part about F'ing the dudes mom. Come on now. He was giving you correct advice and this is wht you comeback with?? This is why you will never get above the small limit games. You ask for advice and dont listen. Not to mention Your a 29 year old with the mental capacity of a 1-year old monkey being tested for the effects that crack has on young children. Thanks for the entertainment red and have a great day

I'll see you at 1/2 NL Mr. Dad. If that's what you are playing, and you can deal with my all-ins since you hate them so much.
Well since i mainly play live I will not be there. I never said I was great or anything but it is obvious that you are spastic and everytime you move up to this limit you get knocked right back down. Let me know your where you paly and what your handle is though and I may visit the 1-2 tabls online just to see if you can keep up.

I shouldn't have posted results. You guys are so results oriented. Ok, now I spiked a heart on the river and won $350 pot, now how did I play it ? "Dude, excellent play. I would have done same exact thing. Nice job. "
instead of flaming you im going to opt for a more fair and balanced assessment of the situation, ill do my bestbad preflop call, but you were aware of that when you were making the move.addressing postflop play:someone raises to $10, and a very coordinated flop with ****broadway cards comes**** [this should scream danger! danger! someone just flopped really good to their hand]. only better hands are going to call your push, and it's almost a certainty that you are behind here when the Button (?? i guess it went check/check/bet) fires out 15 (about half the pot into two players who called 10 preflop) id say just going by bet sizes hes pretty strong.when you push here you are going to be most likely in a situation like this:Qs Qc 617 62.32 364 36.77 9 0.91 0.628Kh Th 364 36.77 617 62.32 9 0.91 0.372pot is ~ 45, lets say MP has the set of queens and has you coveredhe will definitely callyour getting roughly 1: 1.4 here, so you need to win 42% of the timeso pushing is marginally -EV here. the preflop call was -EV in a big way in the long term.
