overall though, great job, didn't mean to sound too critical there. You also stayed out of stupid situations and didn't get caught bluffing badly.

actually my only complaint on this forum is that ppl don't discuss limit tourneys enough anywhere...even the tournament section. So I very rarely get to hear ppl's input about plays. How did you guys think the final table play was in general?

You played the table perfectly, and steam-rolled them with hyper-aggression. Better players you wouldn't get away with this, but you weren't facing better players, and other than those couple things I pointed out, I didn't have any major problems with anything.... couple of hands I would've approached differently, but nothing major.I still can't get over how when a couple of them were severly shortstacked they agonized over calling a raise when they had over 35% of their chips already committed from the blinds. Not knocking you in any way, you played it well, but you were lucky to get such a weak final table.

yeah I know its incredible...this is most amazing thing about limit tourneys...is that for the first 3 hours, they will call every chip you have in your stack on practically nothing, keeping you alive as long as you can. But as soon as real money comes into play, they don't adjust. They suck horribly for the first 2 hours, and then suck horribly for the last hour as well, just a different kind of sucking(don't bother with the innuendos).I think if I could do it again I'd play a bit more tight heads up, and try to wait for some better hands. But it was amazing that everyone thought I was donking it up by 4 betting then folding etc, but he loses 70% of his stack on the Krabler(I laughed when I saw it by the way), and then ppl start to realize that maybe I was right to play that aggressively, yet lay down that abruptly...its a really tough call though so definetely I could play better...just need to think it through. Limit tourneys are my bread and butter no doubt.wwdd

well you gave me a nice distraction from my International Law paper...ugh back to it now... as for Whitby btw, if you're looking for another player for a homegame over xmas, pm me with details, it'd be nice to play a homegame with people who actually appreiate strategy. My live game's been numbed playing against donktastic gutshot chasers (although the pocket money's nice). I wouldn't mind seeing some limit poker, I'm assuming you play it?Anyway, enjoy the winnings, nice game.
