I think that I played this right, but I'm not sure.Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (9 handed) converterPreflop: Hero is BB with [9 :spade: ], [7 :club: ]. UTG posts a blind of $0.5. Yeah, looks like you did everything you should've. The SB was kinda crazy on the turn, IMHO. With two other people happy to bet, he should've figured at least one of them for trips or better, which meant he only had four outs. If he keeps playing like that, you should have lots of chances to get your money back.

I agree, but I actually don't think the winner of the hand played that one wrongly. Most pots that are checked on the flop, you might think your two pair is good. The straight is not gonna be that obvious. I know that it doesn't make ya feel better, but you played it right and got hosed by a person who legitamately felt they had the best hand.
Last night I stayed up late playing poker with Tarot cards. I got a full house and four people died.

Well, it was checked around on the flop and SB improved to two pair. He bets, gets raised by one player and another cold calls two bets with the rest folding - if I was SB, I'd be thinking "hmm, somebody must've slowplayed trips, or hit the straight... or maybe both." Any card that makes people come alive is worth a closer look. OTOH if SB didn't notice that, then it's more evidence you're going to get money back from him later.
