Just took a week long break from poker and think I might be ready to give it another shot. I feel I've learned my lesson about bankroll management and responsible gaming. yeah, yeah, I should have listened, i know okay...A few weeks ago i watched my BR of about 2k drop to $200 in a matter of days playing $1/$2NL on UB and pokerroom. It was hard to take being that the previous 2 months i had won over 4k (profit) playing the same gameSo heres the plan, going to start off playing only limit .25/.50 6max on UB, finish up some bonus money i have left there, work on my limit game, and bonuswhor some more. My limit game is descent enough right now to win some money but still needs some polishing before I can start moving up in limits. Gonna have to start from square 1 all over again...the funny thing is, im actually looking forward to it. I have a new respect for money (every .25 cents counts baby), I feel more disciplined at the tables, I'm playing smart and solid poker, and I'm not trying to do anything crazy. Today I 3 tabled and managed to win $19.75 (or 39.5 big bets) over 591 hands (7.5 bb/100). and I am freaking stoked on my first win since forever, even it was for only $20. Just thought I would share and even look for some advice from anybody who's been there before and knows what I'm going through, help me get back on the right track. Alohaalso, thx to all the guys at FCP who helped me get through this ugly dowswing
making my comeback
