This isn't a very interesting hand for analysis. You get reraised by a short-stack after making a couple pot-sized bets with TPGK; of course you're going to call.You've got great pot odds, and your opponent could be making this play with any pair, any draw, his range of hands is honestly huge here. I wouldn't even think twice before making this call.

Haven't read replies...First of all... uncheck "disable smilies." Took me FOREVER to figure out why my little suit graphics weren't showing up.Preflop... I have a problem with this. Yes, KTo is a trap hand, yes it's easily dominated, yes position is still good, yes opponents are still bad... yadda yadda yadda...But raise or fold this on the button here. It makes it much more playable and fun to play if you raise... and I don't care if you fold. Either answer is fine by me.Flop... These are the situations where I like overbetting a little better than betting rigidly close to the pot. In my experiences with fishies... no matter how accurate to the pot bet it is... fish still see it as calling less than a buck. I really believe there's a difference betting a buck here vs. .75, and with top pair I'd bet 1.50. Incidentally, that problem matters less if you raised preflop. Think "SSHE"... "The pots you start winning will be bigger..."Turn... spidey sense is tingling that you got slowplayed on the flop. Might as well value call here... but I have the expectation of losing this hand.

Sorry, didn't see you had second pair there; the formatting made it pretty difficult to decipher.I'd actually bet less here, just looking at pot-sizes. Something like .50 on the flop and $1 on the turn. That way you don't get pot-committed with a hand that can't really win at showdown. However, I haven't really played limits this low, (when I started on Party, their lowest NL game was .25/50), so it's hard to say for sure.

Why?Who folds for that, and what are you protecting with that bet?If you aren't betting to make better hands fold, why are you betting?

We aren't pot committed. Home boy is shortstacked and due to the odds of the betting, we can't fold very easily.
