AQs vs AJos........grrrr

I was playing in a $10 sng at pokerroom and there are 9 ppl left. I see AQs, so I bet 90 (BB was 30) I get called by 1 guy so we see the flop. AAx, YAY!!! The other guy is the chip leader and he won that title due to a bad call and really lucky draw. I check, he checks. Turn is a J. I bet 250, he raised to 750, I go all in and I definitely cant put him on JJ or AJ. He calls..........................DAMN IT! He had AJ >.<I hate this crap, I'm never slow playing again!!! (even though he still would have called my all in on the flop and won thanks to the (word begins with an f and ends in g) turn)
