MrNiceGuy 0
Hand 1: My first instinct is to fold the turn. Most likely hands that beat you:AA - 6KK - 6QQ - 6JJ - 3TT - 399 - 3AJ - 12KJ - 12QJ - 12A9 - 8K9 - 8Total: 79Most likely hands that you beat:KQ - 16KT - 12QT - 12Total: 40Unless he's very likely to play this aggressively with something like a gutshot + overcards or just overcards (which I wouldn't think from those stats), I think folding the turn is probably best.-----------------------------Hand 2: I like it. Hard to do anything else on the flop from your position, and the turn card is a great one to bet on.
Bubba83 0
<Edit> For Hand 1: Thought we had same villain as hand 2, I see hand 1 villain has a much higher AF. I think the hand is perfectly fine.</Edit>I didn't like the preflop call hand 2, anyone else also dislike it? Marginal hand, worst position, not to mention only $1 of our money is in the pot with the SB since we're playing 3/6.With that said, really liked the post flop play in hand 2 once you did decide to call preflop. I'm calling that down in a steal situation all the time. The villian will pump that flop with some rather odd holdings that you aren't taking into consideration. I can see A2, 88, 77, and even AK or AQ pumping that flop. Seriously, I have seem some wack shit in blind battles lately, so if I have this type of piece of the board, I'm going to showdown
RISEorFall 0
Hand 1: why get fancy and check raise? Why not just bet out? Unless he's autobetting everytime in this situation where he's checked to, I bet, call a raise, and probably call down. Hand 2: I probably call on the river, even tho it does seem he was gunning for his flush. He may be trying to bluff it, and getting about 6 - 1 I'd call. But maybe I'm losing money there. Unless he's autobetting everytime in this situation where he's checked to, I bet, call a raise, and probably call down.I don't see anything fancy with a check/raise. This is how I usually play this situation if I flop any pair/draw.Villians flop bet means nothing. He will bet here 99% of the time. I would only get worried if he checked. 3-handed, I don't know what to make of his 3-bet. I do know I have a showdownable hand though.Hand 2: I probably call on the river, even tho it does seem he was gunning for his flush. He may be trying to bluff it, and getting about 6 - 1 I'd call. But maybe I'm losing money there. This guy is passive. With 2 overs, and a possible straight/flush, I am not winning here very often.I was actually more concerned about my flop-turn play in this hand. wrto4556 0
i think both were played well.the first one you could have check/called and then donk bet...but i think what you did is farely standard.
Sysvr4 0
Hand 1: I like the flop c/r, but when he 3-bets I think we're behind even though he's agro. Of course, by the turn you've probably got enough implied odds to go ahead and call and you have to call one on the river. This is the kind of hand I use to get a read on a villain and then change my play accordingly later. Nh.Hand 2: I think I'd bet/fold the flop if he's this passive. If he calls, I keep betting until the river and probably check/call that.Jeff
