Given your description of the villain i fold it on the turn. At that point there is not much that you beat. JJ/ KK/AA/AK all have you beat. If you called because of your implied odds when you make your straight or queen, i think you are wrong. Villain will most of the time slow down when such a scary board is out there. And, the queen that makes your set can make his straight if he is holding AK.
