don't forget the troops this thanksgiving holiday...

Recommended Posts

This is just a reminder to pray for and support our troops over seas during this holiday season. From Yahoo news... A soldier was killed Friday when his vehicle was hit by an explosive in Hit.This "soldier" just happens to be the older brother(he was 20) of my best friend and over the years I've looked to him as another brother of mine. Its been a hard weekend on all of us as his dad had a heart attack on thursday. He was going to get to come home for his two week leave on wednesday.Edit: My best friend(18 ) is in the Marines and still plans to go through with basic training. He still supports President Bush and his decision to invade Iraq so I think more people should as wellexplains further http://www.woitv.com/Global/story.asp?S=41...8&nav=menu115_2

thats very sad. i am sure that there are not many people that post on this site that do not have any connection to someone that has served or will serve in Iraq, and my thoughts and prayers are with everyone serving our country anywhere, especially overseas during the holidays. someone has to follow bush's wicked prophecy, and my friend Nate is one of the many.
