DrZebra 0
Why do you call 2 cold on the turn but fold on the river?I'd say if you choose to call the turn you have to call the river.Although folding the turn seems the correct option.
screech 0
Why do you call 2 cold on the turn but fold on the river?I'd say if you choose to call the turn you have to call the river.Although folding the turn seems the correct option.Well we have 2 outs to the nuts, plus the board pairing may bring us outs. But I do agree with you that if we think the board pairing will give us outs, we should call this river. MP2 may be 3-betting with a hand like AQ, and sb may be raising the turn with a weaker hand. It doesn't happen often, but it doesn happen often enough to make me call on the river. Guest Anonymous
not 1 but two players checkraise you on the turn, looks like mp2 perhaps made a set with the Q, maybe SB made one on the flop... to me AA looks no good with that action... also if you're gonna fold the river then why bother calling the turn? You don't have the odds to make your set but since you called the turn you can't fold the river.
DrZebra 0
Remember also that SB is a fish and MP2 no doubt knows this.He may be isolating with a good Q

Abbaddabba 0
MP is a fish, but not a hyper aggressive fish by the looks of things. (though to be fair, i still dont know what a .91AF means for a 40ish VPIP)I dont think that anyone would expect a loose-ish fish to checkraise turns with less than top pair. The SB has gotta expect that the MP's turn check/raise range is beating TPTK, or at the very least that it's close. The SB must know that your 3betting range has you either drawing to 2/3 outs against TPTK, or has _him_ drawing to 2 /3 outs. Based on his range, you can probably expect the same. If he views his situation against you as WA/WB and the MP's situation as marginal, he probably isnt 3betting with those hands.Oh, and i dont think that TPTK expect to be folding a better hand. But i dont really know these limits well at all.
