Neteller and Firepay.

I've had Neteller and Firepay accounts for a while now but i haven't really used them much. Mainly due the the costs. I live in Canada so all of my money in my Neteller and Firepay account is in Canadian dollars and everytime i transfer money to a pokersite firepay gives me a low exchange rate so i lose a bit of money and then when i take it back out i lose more money works out to me about 2% each way which is a fair bit when your transfering 500-1000 at a time. Any other canadians who use these services have any tips. Or do you all just suck it up and pay the fees?
