particular plo hand i struggle with most

I've been doing pretty well playing micro PLO but one hand that really has been hurting me is as follows:Limped Pot3 to 4 players to the flopHoldings (AhThJs9c)Board (JJ6) A couple of times I've gotten aggressive with a hand like this and it just killed my stack. I was just wondering whats the standard play here for a small stakes PLO game with a hand like this. The players are typically loose/aggressive.

depends on your position.If your in late position and its checked around to you i would play this super aggressive...no free cards off the deck to fill up the case jacks full house.even if its not check to you i would still repot it.your already holding the 3rd nuts with the Ace high and are drawing with 3 cards over 6 in worse case scenario were your opponent is holding J6.I would have very little problem getting my money in on that pot. But whatever you do don't let a free card drop!just my two cents

That's about how I played the hand a few times and someone with the case jack pulled off a boat on me when I had the best hand essentially preflop/flop. I played one hand like that slightly passively in a later session and I ended up making a good laydown on the turn. Thanks for helping.

bad results based thinking. you played your hands right if you got the money in as a heavy favorite. if your opponent does suck out, say "nh" and just move on. but getting money in while well ahead is never a bad proposition.

If you are in LP raise this up. You can then confidently get all in on a flop like that since you will almost always have teh current nuts with AJ.

I finally won a hand like this last night. It just so happend to be JJx and I had AJ.. It was a decent pot, I was in MP in a limped pot again flop came JJx, Gets checked to me I throw out a half pot bet 2 callers. 1 had position on me the other was from the SB. I figured the SB had the case Jack and the villian with the position on me had some sort of draw. I turned my boat which was a T and I tossed out another pot bet, Position folded and SB called. River came an under card and SB leads out with a pot bet, I figured he hit his case jack boat that was smaller than mine or he rivered the undercard full of Jacks either way giving me the winning hand. I repotted and he just called turns out he didn't even make a boat just had the case Jack. LOL.

If the 6 is suited with one of the Jacks (non-heart) then some caution will be appropriate if a possible flush occurs on the turn. As stated above position is critical in this case. I would make a half-pot bet in EP and pot/raise in LP.
