Home game, table is 6 handed, blinds at 5/10, I have about $875 in front of me.I am dealt 5 :club: 4 :D in the BB2 players limp, and Sb calls. I check.pot= $40Flop: T:diamond: 6 :D 3:spade: SB leads for 25, and I raise 100 more. Limpers fold, and SB goes all in for about 350 more.I have played with SB many times and I know he is very tight and pretty passive, so I'm about 97% sure he has a set, most likely 33 because of preflop play. What's the call here?edit: fixed mistake in suits, added stack sizes

Well, by my calculations, you have 15 outs, which actually makes you the favourite in this hand...you about 60-40, so i think im making the call. Especially since you will still have roughly 400 left if you dont hit, with blinds at 5/10, you would still, well and truely be in it, so in my mind its a pretty easy call.

Tourney section....and I don't think I'd ever fold an open ended straight flush.
Where does it say this is a tournament? Looks like a cash game to me.I'd call in a heartbeat. At worst you are up against a set here. You are a bit better than a 40 - 60 dog versus a set of tens. 8)

This a tournament style game, blinds started at 2/4 and this is the second level. I wasn't entirely sure at the time if I was favorite (I considered it aout 50-50) but I pretty much agreed with you guys and I called. Of course, I lost, but now I'm pretty certain i made the right choice. THanks

Because I don't know many home cash games with 5/10 blinds.
