Duff_Man 0
Just curious as to how many hard core gamers we have here. The first First Person Shooter game I played was Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six (Rouge Spear and Urban Ops) also played some Ghost Recon. From there I went to Operation Flashpoint (Awesome game if you could get a good connection). The lst FPS I've played seriously was Americas Army, but I haven't played that in a long time. I just finished Call of Duty single player and I might go out and get the expansion pack once the price drops. Any other action/shooter games I should think about getting. Thanks and let's hear from teh other gamers.Duffp.s. Favorite single player game of all time has to be the Max Payne series. The first one was just incredible. Never had a game draw me into a story line like that one did.

ChaoPlayaz 0
years ago I used to be addicted to counter-strikeI played on 2 different clan servers, each had around 4000 players, 1000 ranked players, and I was ranked #1 on both sites. It was nothing special for me to go 30-0 while playin 8). I played that game from beta 1 until a little while after it went retail

I quit not too long after it went retail as well, mostly due to moving to a place where I had an unstable internet connection. I still have a couple groups of online friends from those days though, which is great.I love playing Halo with a group of friends, that game is great, but only played it on LAN, never over the internet since I don't want to shell out for X-box live. Solodell 0
If you're looking for console, Halo/Halo2 are the kings. As far as PC goes, Half-Life 2 is stunning, if you're PC can run it well, Enemy Territory isn't too bad, and it's free, so the price is right, Doom 3's not too bad... akishore 0
hell yeah, max payne was the shiznit.max payne 2 is nice too, i've played a little, but it's too confusing, and nowhere near the playable quality of the first one. the first one just kicked sooo much massive ass. i'll never forget bullet time.halo and halo 2 also sucked me into their storyline pretty well. what i loved about those two games was the slightly different interface... you couldn't carry 10 different guns at once, you had grenades in one hand and a gun in another, you could drive and fly!, etc. really great great games that are legendary, IMHO.i also played call of duty. good game, but nothing like the other two.aseem
ThePokerGeek 0
Counterstrike. I used to be in the CAL and played with a pretty good squad, GDE. I was nothing special, but I was deadly with a colt.-PokerGeek
aneurysm 0
Cool, I played as well. I was very active in the Ontario CS community. I played in the CAL-Main Team 2D (not to be confused with 3D).
