Without reads fold. Sometimes will run into a tricky player who will bet when any draw hits if they know you are on a set, but that is pretty ballsy OOP. At this level, if they say they have it, they usually do

I feel like this could be an angle shot as well. Chances are you're beat, but it's good to take a step back and think about it. If he had a massive draw, I feel like most players will re-raise you in order to get all the money in with cards to come, ensuring they'll get paid if they hit.If he was holding something like AdKd 8c Jh or something, he might re-raise you on the flop, given that he's got a wrap draw and the nut flush draw. I can't help but feel like he stole the play from you, because he knows you're not really calling here without the flush.That said, without a read on the player, you really can't call though.
