I can express my opinion if I like. I disgree with you. That is all I have not learned from TV exposure. HOnestly always played with friends. I only watch it on TV once in a while and after watching GUS hansen calling JOhhny chan with J-10. I think that is the end of watching it on TV. HE was willing to gameble a million in chips with J high. ENds my Tv experience right there. As for .50-1.00 I disagree. And everyone who keeps saying how easy 50 NL and 100NL then why aren't you there playing. My poker philosophy is fine and so is my bankroll. Anytime you want to play in NL room tell me your name and i will meet you. GL
my opinions are mine

No one should say you aren't entitled to your opinion. You certainly are.But you must understand that everyone here is, as well, and on occasion, folks are going to disagree with you. They're no less right in doing that than you are in posting your original thought. This is the Internet, it's beez like that.Good luck at the tables.

Good times for a change
See, the luck I've had
Can make a good man
Turn bad
So please please please
Let me, let me, let me
Let me get what I want
This time
Haven't had a dream in a long time
See, the life I've had
Can make a good man bad
So for once in my life
Let me get what I want
Lord knows, it would be the first time
Lord knows, it would be the first time
See, the luck I've had
Can make a good man
Turn bad
So please please please
Let me, let me, let me
Let me get what I want

I have no problem with what you said except the part about Gus making that call and that turning you off tv poker. Now let me first say I am not a big gus hansen fan, infact after the first season of wpt when my idiot little brother thought Gus was god I was saying that he will be dead broke and driving a cab in 5 years.(if he keeps playing in the big game I might be right) I don't get how that would turn you off tv poker, that was a prime example of what happens in tournament poker. Tournaments are about who plays well and gets very lucky. I know to us who study the game and try to eliminate luck as much as possible this isn't a pleasant thought but it is the truth. Now before ten people post how Daniel won 2 or 3 10k buy ins and a wsop event this year so how can it be luck. Yes I know that and Daniel is a great player but I am sure he would be the first to admit he got very lucky this year. For someone who only plays in the main events and the wsop to win 3 big time tournaments is amazing, but it is also lucky. I hope I am wrong but if Daniel only plays in main events and the wsop this year don't be surprised if he doesn't win any big tournaments this year.(Again I hope I am wrong) Back to the Jack Ten hand... If I am Gus and I am heads up with a 4-1 chip lead against a better player I am serious going to consider calling with JT which is a coin flip against an under pair, 55%-45% dog to one over card, and less than 2-1 against 2 over cards. Not to mention the fact that maybe they made a deal so they weren't really playing for a million.

Coming from someone who plays .50/1 wrto, i understand why you agree with his calling all in reraises with j10 off and q10 off. ...Be careful of how yous state your "opinions".

just look at the tag I post with. Right now I'm resusitating my BR(overextended myself and went on a big downswing. I like playing PLO too much and when they go bad for you in that game, they go bad). So right now you can find me dring the day lurking around the .5/1 and 1/2 HE and Stud tables. But I'm willing to play this guy if he wants
