guys whats the deal with the cash out. i am trying to make a cash out. but when i do (through neteller) it takes me to this screen that say we only allow cashouts up to the amount you have bought in. and it says this is the amount. then it says this is the amount left over how would you like to do that cashout. so i click neteller. well now i go to my cashier and the cash out still hasnt shown up.

I cashed out just the other day from PS through NeTeller and had no problems. The money was back in my NeTeller account within a minute or so.

I had the same problem. I waited two days before emailed support. It processed right after they received my email.--Blink

Anything more than the amount you bought in for will sometimes take longer to show up. I did this earlier in the month and couldn't figure out what the heck was going on... But after reading the website it said that anything above the amount you bought in for could take up to 48 hrs to process. Mine showed up the next evening. :roll: Hope this helps.

next time take a check. when i did on a monday it was in my mailbox on wedensday.
