If you reraise you're all in with little information. If you flat call, he has taken control of the hand putting you in a tough stop on the turn if no diamond comes down.If it were me, I'd either reraise all in, or fold, depending on a few hands I had seen the guy play in the past. Usually it's up to your gut, what do you think he has based on what you know? Then go from there. How did it play out?

After some more consideration I think I would lay it down, but only because the blinds were so low and you aren't holding a diamond. You're still left with enough chips to make a play.

I'm replying to this not because I think I have the answer, but I'm curious to hear of any leaks in my game. I don't really play online, just B&M, so I'm trying to learn the differences in the games. What could he have that you have beat? A
Ko is about it, isn't it? Maybe A
Jo. Are you going to play TPTK without a diamond for all your chips? He called your PF raise and raised your pot-sized bet. Feels strong to me. Unless he sees your bet as a standard continuation bet with nothing and is bluffing. I think Aces or Kings, maybe Jacks, and scared of the flush is a strong possibility. I can't see this play with an underpair or a weaker Queen. I also think a weak flush like 9-8 is unlikely.I fold and wait for a better spot without any reads. But from what I've been reading it sounds like online players play a lot looser and maybe I'm limiting his range of holdings too much. Tough decision here.

Tough spot. In MP I might have raised more pre-flop, to try and narrow the chasers, but here I think ive got to fold. Too many hands beat me with that board.

Starting out with 1,000 in chips stinks in a tourney as almost 30% of your chips are in the pot already.I put him on the AdX and this smells like a semi-bluff. I think that you're ahead right now so I would push at this point and try to double up. If he flopped the flush then that would suck.

I think an AdJx pushes here. My guess is he has 2 pr. its a tough situation and this is why I hate party tourneys, In any other tourney I would fold and pick a better spot. but here, I guess i push and hope.

Well, I pushed and hoped as most of you recommended. I went all in, and he called with KdQs. The turn and river were both Js and we chopped.
