Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (9 max, 6 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cxPreflop: Hero is BB with [Ad], [Kd]. 3 folds, Button calls, SB calls.Flop: (6 SB) [Tc], [As], [8h] (3 players)SB checks, Hero bets, Button calls, SB calls.Turn: (4.50 BB) [5s] (3 players)SB bets, Hero calls, Button calls.River: (7.50 BB) [6d] (3 players)SB bets, Hero calls, Button folds.Final Pot: 9.50 BBwasnt really paying attention to much to this table but the guy had a vpip of about 50 so anything goes with him.....

No raise on the turn or river? What's the thinking there?

not so much the river, but i agree that calling on the turn is usually wrong. unless sb is insanbely passive, you need to raise it.aseem

I like raising the river better than the turn...The turn you can go for the overcall, hoping todrag another victim to the river.The river, if the guy behind you doesn't beat youhe's probably not calling for one bet, let alone 2, butyou know the guy who bet out will likely call.I do think you have to throw a raise in there somewhere...

what?? why in the world would you WANT to let someone in behind you??? this is a big pot, and you don't exactly have an unbeatable monster in your top pair.

what?? this makes no sense. tons of people will call one with a pair worse than top pair but fold to two cold. what??aseem

sb was a weird guy..He always waited to the BB rounds to get aggressive in any way posting .5 or lower for preflop and flop play but jumping to 5 on the turn. So if he has any sort of hand he makes his move here...still an easy raise? I was torn between raising and just calling the turn. River was pretty explanitory when he led out agian

I think a turn raise is in order. Bad players donk-bet that turn with worse aces all the time. Call a 3-bet, call/bet the river.
