dingas 0
Interested to know your take on the following situations:You have As 5s 7h 8d and limp from middle position. You take the flop 4 handed with the button, sb and bb.Flop Q 4 6 rainbow. The blinds check to you. Question 1 do you bet?Question 2, say you bet the pot and only the button calls. Now the turn comes an off-suit jack. Do you bet again or check? Question 3, let's say you're on the button with Ad 6d Qh 10s. Flop is the same as last examples-- sb and bb check and MP player bets the pot. What do you do?

Flop is the same as last examples-- sb and bb check and MP player bets the pot. What do you do?1. fold this hand pre-flop in middle (play if it is A678 DS, maybe SS), but if you play it.... Bet the flop to try to take it, check after unless you make your hand.2. check. 8 outs, one card to come. If he has a made hand you are hurting. If he has a draw, he checks behind you.3. fold, fold fold. Better opportunities will come up. Your asking to lose money here, unless the MP player is short stacked and you read a desperate play. If it is checked to you, btp though. On one I fold pre-flop, why?1. a six has to hit for you to have any chance at the nuts (apart from flush draw).2. you are playing six two card hands. A5 suited is ok, 78 off is possibly ok, but do you play A7 off, A8 off, 57 off, or 58 off profitably ever? 3. All together you have a flush draw potential and a three card str8 with a hole. Not too good here in middle position.
